Instructions:
Step 1: Clean and polish the physical surface.
Step 2: Heat the surface of the substrate until the temperature of the welding wire reaches the working temperature of 380°C~400°C. Therefore, the heat transfer welding wire of the parent metal can be used to form the weld. Flame should not be used when the surface temperature of the base metal is high enough. It flows well and penetrates into the metal capillary.
Step 3: When repairing thin aluminum, as long as the aluminum-based metal is heated to a suitable working temperature, then the steel wire is used to frictionally melt back and forth to form a weld. Only the wire melted with a metal brush can be welded at the weld.
Step 4: Use propane gas to weld objects, use industrial gas or induction heating device to heat and weld large objects, and cool down naturally after welding.

1. The metal surface must be clean.
2. The temperature of the base metal should reach 400°C, including the temperature of the base metal during the welding process, which should be kept at 400°C, and the temperature can be high or low.
