It's Simple To Use (a Friend Has One That Uses Bags On A Roller That's A Bit Easier... But This Is Quite Simple) And The Seals Very Well. US I Bake A Lot And Sometimes Am Leftover With Chocolate Morsels (chocolate Chips). Instead Of Putting Them In A Ziplock Bag, I Can Vacuum Seal Them Now For More Assured Freshness.
