Arrived In About 2 Months. I’ve Used Them For A Week & They Provide Super Resistance For Squats, Side Abductions, Lunges, Hip Thrusts, Good Mornings. They Stay In Place Even When Wearing Shorts Because There’s A Gel Lining On The Interior For Non Slip. Seller Shipped Mine Without The Strength Resistance Labels On The Bands, But That Was Communicated To Me Before They Shipped And I Was Asked If That Was Ok Or If I Wanted To Wait For The Manufacturer To Put On Labels.
