Whatever That Means And It Seems To Hold My Stuff From School So Yes It Can Hold “heavy” Stuff (if Ur Wondering I Have 2 Notes ,a Binder, A Folder, A Computer, A Pencil Pouch, 2 Chapsticks,and A Charger In The Bag) And It Hold It Really Well , One Thing That’s Kinda Negative Is That The Straps Don’t Come Put On And Sewn Together So You Have To Sew Them , Other Than That It’s Actually Pretty Good !
