I Bought This To Scare Off Rabbits As They Kept Making Nests In My Yard. It Takes A Good Amount Of Wind For The Head To Spin But I've Put It On My Air Conditioner And It Constantly Spins When It Is On. I've Also Noticed When It's Head Is Spinning Birds Stay Away Too But Land In My Yard Still When The Head Is Not Spinning. So Far I Haven't Seen Any Rabbits Or Nests. 17 Nov 2021 19:55
